Solution by job

Pour and finish slabs

A quality slab is decided at two moments: screeding while the concrete is fresh, and troweling once it 'holds a footprint'. SIMAQ covers both, from the 1.2 m screed to the ride-on double trowel.

Field rules

Do it right the first time

01

Start troweling when a boot print sinks 3–5 mm, not before: going in early scars the slab.

02

Big slabs = ride-on double trowel: it covers 3×+ the area per hour of a walk-behind.

03

Saw control joints the same day, 1/4 of slab depth. Late = the slab cuts itself (cracks).
