The warranty applies to the registered product and covers the repairs needed for its proper operation.

Plates, vibrators, trowels, cutters and other light equipment: 6 months from sale to the end user.

Rollers, mixers & light towers
Compaction rollers, concrete mixers and light towers: 6 months or 500 hours of use, whichever comes first. Log the hour-meter.

Spare parts
Parts used in repairs: 30 days from when the end user receives the part.
How it works
From purchase to resolution
1 · Register your machine
Scan the plate QR or register with your invoice in the SIMAQ Pro Club. You get a certificate with a serial number and expiry date. No registration, no warranty.
2 · Report the fault
Notify the branch where you bought it: model, serial number, operating hours, description and photos or videos of the failure.
3 · We resolve it
The distributor inspects and processes the warranty with the SIMAQ factory. The repaired machine or part is returned to you.
To keep it valid
- Use of the machine per the manual.
- Report the defect within the warranty period.
- Preventive maintenance performed by an authorized distributor.
- Product registered in the SIMAQ Pro Club at the time of sale.
- Hour-meter logged for rollers, mixers and light towers.
What's not covered
- Engines (Kohler, Honda, Kubota, Yanmar): handled with the engine brand's distributor in each country.
- Misuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism or natural disasters.
- Natural wear and parts in contact with the ground or the undercarriage.
- Electrical parts, batteries and chargers, rubber parts, spark plugs.
- Particulate filters and exhaust after-treatment systems.
- Customer-made repairs or lack of maintenance.
- Field service costs, transport and rental while the machine is down.

What we get asked most
How long is the SIMAQ warranty?
6 months on light equipment from the sale to the end user. On compaction rollers, concrete mixers and light towers it is 6 months or 500 hours of use, whichever comes first. Spare parts have 30 days.
Does the warranty cover the engine?
The engine (Kohler, Honda, Kubota, Yanmar) is not under the SIMAQ warranty; it is handled with the engine brand's distributor in each country.
What do I need for the warranty to be valid?
Proper use per the manual, preventive maintenance by an authorized distributor, reporting within the period and, above all, having the machine registered in the SIMAQ Pro Club.
How do I register my machine?
Scan the plate QR on the machine or register it with your invoice number in the SIMAQ Pro Club. You will receive a registration certificate with a serial number and your warranty expiry date.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. The warranty is valid only for the product and the customer who purchased it; it is not transferable to third parties or other machines.
