Who we are
Built to take the work. And if it fails, we answer.
The light-machinery brand built for Central American jobsites — high quality, fair price and regional backing.
The story
More than a brand
SIMAQ® wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born on the jobsite — from years of watching which machines hold up and which quit on the first run. Today it's Grupo ConstruMarket's own brand: light equipment selected and proven for Central American jobsites, with a single goal: high-quality equipment at the best possible price.
More than a brand, SIMAQ is the result of experience, adaptation and development. From modest origins to redefining what a contractor can expect from their gear: that it earns its keep, costs what's fair, and — when it fails — someone answers.
Behind every machine is a regional network: distribution, parts and technical support through ConstruMarket — and CMARKET in Guatemala — across El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama. The brand is SIMAQ; the backing is local.
Mission
To drive infrastructure development across the Americas with cost-competitive light machinery — leveraging decades of experience to put the optimal mix of equipment and parts on every site, and to be a lasting partner in the success of those who build.
Vision
To be the undisputed reference in light machinery across the region: the brand that tradespeople, contractors and operators recognize and recommend — a byword for “earns its keep and costs what's fair”.
Why SIMAQ
What sets us apart
One brand for the whole site
From compaction to road signage: seven lines of high-performance light equipment, competitively priced, under one brand and one backing.
We know each market
We understand Central American construction country by country — what's built, how and with what. No generic catalogs: we bring the equipment the region actually uses.
Fast decisions
An agile, well-grounded structure: we quote, resolve and deliver without big-brand bureaucracy.
Quality & safety first
Constant innovation, quality control at the source and a focus on risk prevention. Equipment built for real use, not for the showroom.
Values
Honesty
We promise what we deliver. If a tool is for occasional use, we say so.
Toughness
Every SKU passes QC at the source and meets the service life we declare.
Closeness
We talk like the customer, not like a technical manual.
Backing
Clear warranty, parts available and local after-sales at every distributor.
Work
We celebrate the one who's up at 5 a.m. We sell tools that work, not a lifestyle.

Who SIMAQ is, in short
Is SIMAQ a good brand? Who is behind SIMAQ?
SIMAQ is Grupo ConstruMarket's own light-equipment brand (El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama). Built to take the work. The line covers compaction, concrete, lighting, pumps, cutting, material handling and scaffolding, with Honda engines on most models and Kubota or Yanmar on the diesel line (the SQTLK 6000 light tower, for example, runs a Kubota). Every machine has a published warranty (6 months, or 6 months or 500 hours on rollers, concrete mixers and light towers) that you activate by registering it with the QR code on its plate, and the main models have a public parts breakdown with the code of every part. You buy and service it at ConstruMarket branches in El Salvador, Guatemala (CMARKET), Nicaragua and Panama.
Is SIMAQ related to other companies called Simaq?
SIMAQ (simaq.pro) operates in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama, backed by Grupo ConstruMarket through its ConstruMarket branches (CMARKET in Guatemala). It has no relation to similarly named companies in Colombia or Mexico.
Where do I get service or parts for my SIMAQ machine?
At any ConstruMarket branch in the four countries (CMARKET in Guatemala). Look up your model at simaq.pro/en/repuestos to see the breakdown and the code of each part, and order the part by that code so the right one arrives the first time.
