1. Who is responsible for your data

This site (simaq.pro) is operated by SIMAQ · ConstruMarket and the group companies that distribute the SIMAQ brand in each country: ConstruMarket in El Salvador, Nicaragua and Panama, and CMARKET in Guatemala. For the purposes of this policy, they act as controllers of the data you share through the site.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us: when you request a quote, ask for service, register your warranty, apply as a distributor or write to us, we collect your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country and the content of your message (for example the machine you're interested in, or your machine's serial number).

Technical data: we use your approximate IP address to detect your country and language and show you the right local contact. We also store, in a first-party cookie, the campaign or link you arrived from (UTM parameters, referrer and landing page) to understand which channels work.

Analytics: we measure visits and site usage in aggregate with Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. See the cookie policy.

3. How we use your data

• Answering your quotes and service, warranty and parts inquiries.
• Routing your request to the sales team in the right country.
• Managing your machine's SIMAQ Pro Club registration and warranty.
• Measuring and improving how the site works.
• Sending you commercial information only when you asked for it; you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (a) group companies and authorized SIMAQ distributors in the country serving you; (b) technology providers we use to operate — our CRM, our email provider, Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity); and (c) WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to start a conversation on that channel, which is governed by its own terms.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship or the request you made lasts (for example, the life of your warranty) plus any additional period required by each country's tax or commercial laws. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to specific uses (such as commercial communications), under the data-protection laws applicable in your country. Write to simaq.regional@grupoconstrumarket.com stating the right you want to exercise; we reply within the legal timeframes.

7. Security and minors

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, role-restricted access). This site is aimed at businesses and professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy
