1. Purpose of the site

simaq.pro is the official site of the SIMAQ brand, operated by SIMAQ · ConstruMarket and the group companies that distribute it in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama. The site is informational and commercial: it presents the catalog and lets you request quotes and manage service, warranty and machine registration. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Product information

Published specifications, images, videos and documents are for reference and may change without notice by batch, version or market. The notice published at the foot of every page applies: information may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and the official documentation delivered with each product prevails in all cases. Always verify specifications when requesting a quote.

3. Quotes and pricing

The site does not sell online. Quote requests are not a binding offer: prices, availability, taxes, logistics and payment terms are confirmed in writing by the sales team in the relevant country. A quote is valid only for the period and under the conditions stated in it.

4. Warranty

The SIMAQ PRO-CLUB warranty is governed by the Warranty Certificate delivered with each product and by the conditions published at simaq.pro/garantia, including its registration requirements and exclusions. In case of conflict, the physical certificate delivered with the product prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The SIMAQ brand, logos, photography, videos, spec sheets, copy and site design are the property of SIMAQ · ConstruMarket or used under license. Reproducing them, bulk extraction (scraping) or commercial use without written authorization is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to submit false or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to breach site security or access restricted areas.
• The Dealer Portal is restricted to authorized accounts and is additionally governed by its own distribution agreement.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, social networks). Their use is governed by each provider's terms and privacy policies; SIMAQ is not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SIMAQ · ConstruMarket is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, service interruptions, or decisions made solely on the basis of published reference information without written confirmation from the sales team.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the group company serving you operates (El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua or Panama), and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country.
