Move and stack loads
To move loads on flat floors, use a 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 t pallet jack. To lift them onto a rack, a stacker: the manual one carries 1,000 kg and the electric one 1,500 kg. On site, where trucks can't go, the Urban 1500 4×4 dumper, with hydraulic tipping and a Yanmar diesel engine.

Buy the pallet truck for your heaviest load and your pallets: the lowered forks must fit the opening (75 mm on the 2.0 and 3.0 t; 85 mm on the 2.5 t).

Stacking at height = stacker, not arms: lifting pallets by hand is how backs get hurt in a warehouse.

On a ramp the load rides uphill-side: drive dumpers and stackers with the load facing up the slope.

Load leaving the warehouse for open ground → dumper, not a pallet jack: pallet jack wheels are made for smooth floors.

2, 2.5 or 3 ton pallet jack?
Choose by the heaviest load you'll move, with a margin: if your pallets stay under 2,000 kg → the 2.0 t; if not → the 2.5 or 3.0 t. Also check the forks: they lower to 75–85 mm, depending on the model, to slide into the pallet.
What's the difference between a pallet jack and a stacker?
A pallet jack only lifts the pallet a few centimeters to move it (up to 190–200 mm). A stacker raises it onto a rack or another stack: the manual one carries 1,000 kg and the triple-mast electric one 1,500 kg.
When is a dumper better than a wheelbarrow?
Long hauls, many trips a day or rough ground → a dumper. The Urban 1500 is 4×4, tips hydraulically and travels at 14 km/h. For short runs and small volumes, a wheelbarrow is enough. The advisor confirms the skip capacity in the quote.
What's the most common pallet jack mistake?
Inserting the forks halfway or with the load off-center: the pallet tips and falls. Go all the way in, center the load, and on a ramp keep the load on the uphill side.
What is a scissor pallet truck for?
It's a pallet jack that also raises the pallet to working height with a hydraulic scissor, so you load or unload without bending. The GSF1 PRO carries 1,000 kg.
