Pallet truck SQ20T550PM
The floor workhorse: moves tonnes at ground level.
View detailsSIMAQ School · Course
Material-handling gear comes down to three questions: what you move, where it goes and what ground it runs on. Pallets at floor level: a pallet jack. To working height: a scissor pallet truck or lift table. Onto a rack: a stacker. People up high: a scissor or boom lift. Loose material on site: a wheelbarrow or a dumper. Capacity, always by the heaviest load.
Using the wrong machine, or pushing it past its limit, is how a pallet falls and a back gets hurt.
Capacities and heights exactly as each spec sheet publishes them.

A pallet jack moves pallets at floor level; a stacker raises them onto a rack or stacks one on another. If you only need the load at working height, the GSF1 PRO scissor pallet truck or the PTD1000 PRO lift table.
By your heaviest load, not the average: 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 t. If your load sits right at a model's limit, go up to the next one: rated capacity is a limit, not a target.
Less than its rated capacity (1,000 kg manual, 1,500 kg electric): the higher you lift, the less it carries. The spec sheet doesn't publish the load chart; your advisor confirms the capacity at your rack height.
No. People only go up on a platform with a basket and guardrail: the SQ 140X PRO scissor lift or the SQTHZ 170 PRO boom lift.
