5-minute training
5 minThe saw makes clean joints and cuts in concrete and asphalt. Wet cutting, a diamond blade and depth in passes: that's how the blade lasts and the cut runs straight.
Training video
Coming soonIn the meantime, follow the step-by-step guide.
A concrete or an asphalt blade for the material. Mount it in the rotation direction shown by the arrow.
Always wet cutting: water cools the blade, controls dust and extends its life. Check flow on both sides.
Snap a chalk or string line. Align the saw's front guide with the mark.
Cut in partial depths (2–5 cm per pass) to full depth. Forcing it in one go burns the blade and wanders off line.
On a slab, cut control joints early (once it bears) at ~1/4 of the thickness, so cracking starts where you want it.
