How to use the stacker

The stacker lifts and stacks pallets in the warehouse with no back strain. Load stability and controlled height are the golden rule.

Coming soon

In the meantime, follow the step-by-step guide.

  1. 01

    Check battery/hydraulics and forks

Battery charge (electric) or hydraulic level (manual). Forks crack-free and wheels rolling free.

  2. 02

    Enter fully under the pallet

Insert the forks all the way and centered. A poorly picked load falls when you lift.

  3. 03

Lift a few centimeters to travel

Travel with the load low (just off the ground), never high: the center of gravity rises and it tips.

  4. 04

Position, then lift to final height

Only at the rack, raise to the shelf height. Approach square, no angles.

  5. 05

Set down and back out straight

Set the pallet, drop the forks slightly and reverse straight before turning.

Do this

  • Respect the load chart: higher lift, lower capacity.
  • Always travel with the load low.
  • Charge the battery in a ventilated area (electric).

Avoid this

  • Don't lift unbalanced or overhanging loads.
  • Never stand or let anyone under raised forks.
  • Don't exceed rated capacity.

Safety

  • Steel-toe boots, gloves and hi-vis vest.
  • Clear, marked aisles.
  • Brake on when parking.
